Return & Refund Policy — The Crest Vault

Our Commitment

Every item at The Crest Vault is authenticated, described accurately, and photographed in detail. We stand behind every sale.

Return Window

We accept returns within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • Item significantly differs from the description or photos
  • Authentication concern not previously disclosed
  • Item arrives damaged due to shipping

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Condition issues that were clearly disclosed in the listing
  • Color variation due to screen/monitor calibration
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Process

  1. Email returns@thecrestvault.com within 3 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return with photos
  3. We will review and respond within 1 business day
  4. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  5. Item must be returned in original condition with all included accessories
  6. Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Klarna). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
