About Us</h2><p>The Crest Vault is an independent pre-owned luxury goods retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, or any other brand whose products we carry.</p><h2>2. Product Authenticity</h2><p>All items are authenticated using our dual-authentication process (Entrupy + Check Check) prior to listing. Authentication certificates are provided with every purchase. While we take every precaution to ensure authenticity, The Crest Vault is not liable for manufacturer changes in authentication markers that postdate our verification.</p><h2>3. Condition Descriptions</h2><p>We describe item condition accurately using standardized grades (Pristine, Excellent, Very Good). Photos show actual condition. Minor discrepancies in color due to photography/screen calibration are not grounds for return.</p><h2>4. Pricing</h2><p>All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your price is locked at time of purchase.</p><h2>5. Payment</h2><p>We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna installments. Payment is required in full at time of purchase (except Klarna installment plans).</p><h2>6. Shipping</h2><ul><li>US orders ship via FedEx or UPS, fully insured</li><li>International orders ship via DHL Express, fully insured</li><li>Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier handoff with confirmed delivery</li></ul><h2>7. Returns</h2><p>We accept returns within <strong>3 days of delivery</strong> if the item materially differs from its description. Items must be returned in the same condition received. See our Return Policy for full details.</p><p>We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or condition issues clearly disclosed in the listing.</p><h2>8. Selling to Us</h2><p>By submitting a bag for purchase, you confirm you are the legal owner and the item is genuine to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to decline any purchase. If an item fails our authentication process after purchase, we will return it at no cost and void the transaction.</p><h2>9. Intellectual Property</h2><p>All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by The Crest Vault. Brand names (Hermès, Chanel, etc.) are used solely for descriptive purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.</p><h2>10. Limitation of Liability</h2><p>The Crest Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products.
