Return & Refund Policy

Every item sold by The Crest Vault is reviewed, photographed, and authenticated before listing. We aim to describe each item accurately and disclose visible condition details.

Effective date: June 1, 2026

Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Eligible Return Reasons

  • The item materially differs from the listing description or photos.
  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping.
  • You have a documented authenticity concern that was not previously disclosed.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Condition issues clearly shown or described before purchase.
  • Natural wear consistent with a pre-owned item.
  • Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen calibration.
  • Items used, altered, damaged, or missing included accessories after delivery.

Return Process

  1. Email returns@thecrestvault.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos.
  3. We will review the request and respond within 1 business day.
  4. If approved, the item must be returned in the same condition received with all included accessories, packaging, and authentication materials.
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
