1. About The Crest Vault

The Crest Vault is operated by Cloucean Vintage Bags LIMITED, a Hong Kong limited company. The Crest Vault is an independent reseller of authenticated pre-owned luxury bags and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, or their parent companies.

2. Product Authenticity

Items are reviewed through our authentication workflow before listing. We may use third-party tools or expert review services, including Entrupy, CheckCheck, and Legitmark where appropriate. Authentication materials are provided when stated on the product page or before shipment where applicable.

3. Pre-Owned Condition

All products are pre-owned unless expressly stated otherwise. Condition descriptions and photos form part of the product listing. Minor wear, patina, or age-related characteristics may be present.

4. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We may update prices, availability, and product information at any time before an order is accepted.

5. Orders and Payment

An order is not final until payment is accepted and the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where fraud risk, inventory error, pricing error, authentication concern, or compliance issue is identified.

6. Shipping and Risk

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping page. Risk of loss transfers according to the carrier's confirmed delivery record unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Sell-to-Us and Wholesale Inquiries

Submitting an item for buyback or wholesale review does not create an obligation for The Crest Vault to purchase, sell, or accept the item. Sellers confirm they own the item and have the right to sell it.

9. Intellectual Property

The Crest Vault name, site content, photography, and written materials are owned by or licensed to The Crest Vault. Third-party brand names are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
