Every order from The Crest Vault includes complimentary insured shipping. Customers do not pay a separate shipping fee at checkout.

Complimentary Insured Shipping

We provide complimentary insured shipping on every order. This is part of our boutique service standard for authenticated pre-owned Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Dior bags.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

United States Shipping

For MVP launch, standard delivery is available within the United States. Orders are shipped by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or another insured carrier selected based on the item's value, destination, and service reliability.

Insurance and Signature

All shipments are insured up to the purchase value. High-value orders may require signature confirmation. We may contact you before shipping to confirm delivery details.

Authentication Before Shipment

Before shipment, eligible products are reviewed against our authentication and quality-control records. Where applicable, we provide third-party authentication or quality documentation from any two of Entrupy, CheckCheck, and Legitmark.

Packaging

Items are packed securely with protective materials. Included accessories, dust bags, boxes, authentication materials, third-party reports, or certificates are listed on each product page when applicable.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided by email after shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping is limited during launch and may be handled case by case. If international shipping is available for your destination, we will confirm timing, insurance, customs requirements, duties, and taxes before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is lost or arrives damaged, contact shipping@thecrestvault.com within 3 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date.
